Control technology

In control engineering, we work with the common systems from Siemens and Beckhoff. Additionally, we integrate all standard bus interfaces (such as Profinet, Modbus, Profibus, etc.) into the systems.

CAD / Design (Mechanical and Electrical Engineering)

We work with the common CAD programs SolidWorks and SolidEdge in 2D and 3D. From simple consoles to complex piping systems.

Likewise, our electrical design department carries out all work using WSCAD and AutoCAD.

Where does consulting begin and planning end? We provide comprehensive consulting services for your entire project, from start to finish. For most people, it's difficult to distinguish and define the boundaries between different phases. That's why we offer complete support throughout this process. Planning follows a similar approach to consulting. We support you from the initial planning phase, beginning with the first meeting, through the creation of the first flowchart or circuit diagram, all the way to implementation and final commissioning of your system.

Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 May 2006 on machinery and amending Directive 95/16/EC establishes a uniform level of protection for the prevention of accidents for machinery and partly completed machinery when placed on the market within the EEA.

Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU
Directive 2014/68/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on the harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making available on the market of pressure equipment lays down the requirements for pressure equipment to be placed on the market within the European Economic Area.

The ATEX Product Directive 2014/34/EU contains the rules for placing equipment and products on the market in potentially explosive atmospheres. It applies not only to electrical equipment and machinery, but also to non-electrical equipment and components, such as pumps and high-pressure cleaning devices.

Both the Performance Level (PL) and the Safety Integrity Level (SIL) define the reliability of safety functions in machines and systems. Every safety-related component of a control system has its specific PL or SIL, which indicates its ability to reduce risk.

economic efficiency

Economic efficiency is a key pillar of sustainability. Because one thing is clear in many areas: sustainability costs money. If a process is inefficient, no resources for improving sustainability can be derived from it. And if a process is maximized for sustainability in all areas, but incurs more costs than it generates, it certainly won't last long.

This is one reason why we pursue both goals equally. Because: if a system operates in an energy-saving manner and with high efficiency, this not only brings advantages in terms of sustainability, but also reduces costs in the long run.

The most ecologically sound facility has no right to exist if it does not make financial sense.
